SkyDrop terms of service

You must be 13 or older. Give a real email address for sign-in and recovery, and keep your account secure. One account per person. If you think someone else has access, change your password and contact us.

Do not send illegal content, sexual content involving children, threats, harassment, impersonation, or photos, drawings or recordings you do not have the right to share. Do not use drops to pressure someone into going to an unsafe place. These rules also apply to gallery photos, advertising artwork and support attachments.

You keep the rights to your content. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to deliver the service according to your recipients and sharing choices, and to review reported content for safety. Private gallery photos are yours; Friends photos are available to your accepted friends; Public photos are available to signed-in users who reach your gallery. A public discovery feed is not part of this permission.

Other users may save or copy content they are allowed to see. We cannot recall their independent copies when you delete content or change its visibility. Reporting may preserve evidence for the limited period described in the privacy policy even after a drop expires.

You can block people and report content in the app. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Serious violations may require immediate action, reporting to relevant authorities, or preservation required by law. Contact us if you believe action on your account was mistaken.

Watch where you are going. Do not use the camera viewer while driving. Do not trespass, climb structures, or enter unsafe or closed places to reach a drop. Pin drops only where your friends can safely and lawfully stand. No message is worth risking your safety.

GPS, motion sensors and AR tracking are imperfect. Artwork may be unavailable or appear differently because of device capability, tracking quality or surroundings. Use your own judgement about the physical place.

SkyDrop Pro purchases are billed through Apple. The purchase screen shows the applicable price and billing period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account's Subscriptions settings or through the app's management link. Cancellation stops future renewal; refunds and any statutory purchase rights are handled under Apple's applicable terms. Deleting SkyDrop or your account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription. A deleted account loses its purchase grant; a retained transaction identifier prevents that same receipt from being reused for a different account.

Pro earned through qualifying invitations costs nothing and has no purchase to cancel. Reward eligibility is determined by the app's stated conditions.

The flight builder and app collect enquiries, not confirmed bookings. Sending a request does not hold a flight, charge a card or guarantee delivery. We review availability, configuration, price and payment directly before agreeing a campaign.

Quotes are in USD, based on campaign-wide showings, banner size and any targeting premium, with a USD 10 minimum. Multiple target areas share the total showing count; they do not multiply it. Radius changes reach, not the purchased showing count. Repeat flybys during the same served viewer session are not separately billed as new showings. A showing is not a guarantee of a unique person, click, capture or sale.

Advertisers are responsible for their messages, images, destination links and right to use them. Submitted configuration and contact information are used to review and reply to the enquiry. Any final campaign arrangement, including timing, payment and cancellation, must be agreed separately.

We provide the app as available and do not promise uninterrupted service, successful delivery of every drop, or perfect location/tracking accuracy. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes a consumer right or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

You can delete your account in Settings → Delete my account. We can close accounts that violate these terms. Deletion and retention work as described in our privacy policy, including limited moderation evidence, provider logs/backups and legally required records. Received group drops can remain for their other recipients.

We update the date when these terms change and communicate material changes as appropriate. Continued use after revised terms take effect indicates acceptance, subject to your rights under applicable law. Questions, account concerns and advertising enquiries: elvilookup@gmail.com.
